All types of alloyed and non-alloyed steel as well as ball bearing steel are processed in our forging presses. It goes without saying that we constantly monitor the quality of the steel being used – from goods receipt through to delivery of finished parts.

We produce workpieces in a weight range from 0.5 to 30 kg. Optimised machine and material application are our guarantee for economic series production.

Our forged parts are highly resilient due to their favourable fibre orientation. A controlled forming temperature and systematic heat treatment help us to achieve a microstructure that is as conducive to fatigue durability as it is advantageous for mechanical processing.
